Before I get started I have a few questions that I hope some
of you could shed some light on and give me a few suggestions.
I am working night shifts as you know and start @ 22.00 and
get off @ 06.30 in the morning, my question for you is the following:
When would be the best thing to go to the gym, or does it
not matter at all?
Just before work, somewhere between 20.00 and 21.30?

Shedding an inch, or giving up yet again

People around me seem to think it’s a piece of cake (no pun
intended) for a fat guy like me to lose weight and I’ve been a bit of another
